My Vet noticed that my puppy had flakes also and recommended Head and Shoulders Shampoo. I normally do Storm's first wash in Head and Shoulders, Rinse, and then do a 2nd wash in the Oatmeal and Aloe Shampoo from Petsmart. It does help out a lot.
