Your little Yorkie is aging...so much can be going on that is not apparent to the eye..even a vet check may not find a mental aging, fear that comes with age sometimes...she could slowly be losing her sight and hearing;;

Try the pineapple...it may be the answer...it may not.
One thing I know is...what you are doing is not and will never work...you are just adding new problems to your problems...
Why stress her out at this age...she may need to be confined to a small area of freedom...I have had to do that with aging dogs..if she never stops poo eating, all you can do is brush her teeth and use a mouth spritzer...good luck
