Good advice ^^, as long as your puppy has had all of vaccinations, you can take her to the groomer. Taking her sooner than later would be best for getting her accustomed to the process. A professional groomer may help acclimate your pup to the dryer. Make sure the groomer you choose does not use cage dryers.

Bathing once a week is fine. Keep working with your pup and the hair dryer. I let my boys run around (zoomies ) first before they sit for the dryer. Make everything fun and be calm and confident. Don't try to comfort her in such a way that it will reinforce her fears. Use treats and try following up grooming sessions with something really fun/desirable so that she will look forward to that.
