Default Need some advice on a new puppy, please!

We have a two year old female Yorkie named Chilly that is perfect. When we leave for work, we are able to leave her in our living room and she does what typical Yorkies her age do, sleeps all day. She is potty trained on weewee pads, doesnt chew on anything she is not supposed to, etc...

We also have a three month old male yorkie named Snug. He is doing okay at learning to use the bathroom on the pads too. However, when we are at work, we have been leaving him enclosed in a bathroom with his bed, a toy, his water bowl, and a pad. It seems like every day, by the time we get home, or who knows, right after we leave maybe, he thrashes the pad all over the bathroom. And for the past two days, has actually destroyed the pad to the point of us coming home to shreds all over the bathroom. We have tried taping the pad down, but that doesnt work either. Any advice on how we should modify our approach? I have thought about just not leaving him a pad, but would that just invite him to pee at will with no options?

In addition, Snug has the sharpest teeth of any Yorkie puppy I have ever seen, and he insists on chewing everything. We have tried giving him dingo rawhide bones, which he enjoys, but still wants to chew furniture and Chilly all the time! I am trying to use simple behaviorism to modify this, but its not doing much...is this just a terrible thing that will hopefully go away in time? I dont remember having this much trouble with Chilly....

Any advice is welcome...

thanks in advance,
Kale
