You have no idea how upsetting this particular area is right now as I head off to conferences. It would appear we are failing terribly on our grammar. Spell check has ruined an entire society! My children often fail to be able to spell rather simple words and the vocabulary has been lost. I have purchased them a dictionary and when there is a word they don't know I write it down in my planner and tell them look it up and then report back. I am hoping this helps. Frustrating |
