Personally I'd like to see high school and even college students improve their English skills. We do peer review in English here. I was shocked to see that some people still don't know the difference between they're, their, and there - in a college English class. So a native English speaker can get out of high school without learning that sort of thing, but yet they have to be able to do 83x-75y=1/4xy-3/7y or the like?
Wow, excellent points.
