Try Growling.... these little pups don't understand anything but.... so be the Momma Dog and growl... you will be amazed at how quickly this works.
Then, reinforce with English, or any language...
I don't think this will work for older dogs.... one may get bit as an older dog may interpret a growl as an assault
....
