If you already bring in a picture and they don't listen find a new groomer. Sure it took a good three cuts for my groomer to get it the way I like it but she always looks at the pictures!
I think getting the same person to groom your baby everytime is key to getting the look you want. I tell her the things I like and the things I don't.
I would take a few shots of what you want AND what you don't want.
