My college-aged kids (who were raised with a yorkie who had since passed away) looked at her pups prior to purchasing one from another Michigan home breeder as a Christmas gift for me. Knowing how picky I am, they just didn't think I'd be happy with the "look" of them. I ended up getting ZoE the 3rd week in January, a belated Christmas gift, but one well worth waiting for. My kids, at that time, related their many horror stories about their visits to look at so-called "quality yorkie pups" they saw advertised. |
I apologize kazzyk. your post came after others talking about tabby and i wasn't sure who you were talking about or why you posted the link so thanks for clarifying. i'm glad your kids were smart enough to recognize that things weren't right and that in the end you got a wonderful puppy from a reputable breeder. enjoy her!
