I do take my girls with me bike riding...and they absolutely LOVE it!

I've NEVER had an accident and only ride on paved bike trails!! Last summer we used a backpack...but I also made sure to put their harness on and attach the leash/harness to the top of the backpack...just to ensure they didn't jump out for any reason and get hurt!!

My sister got a basket for the front of her bike....and her girls just LOVE it!! She does use their harness and secure them!
I'm going to do that this summer!!
