Lol, what a unusual subject. My pet peeve is the woman that use the paper toilet seat covers and just leave them on the seat when they are done.
I hate it too when woman drop pee on the toilet seat and leave it.
As for flushing before or during using the bathroom. I am guilty of that at times if I have to go number two and other ladies are in the bathroom. Flushing helps cover up any possible 'noise' and cut down on odors. Kind of a courtesy thing if you now what I mean.
