They were so considerate of my issue and when I sent them a list of seizure inducing ingredients they were more than willing to work out a formulation safe for dogs with epilepsy, as soon as they do have an epileptic safe formula I'll definitely be using them again...I've heard from other people the waxy issue especially in cottony coat Yorkshires. I actually contacted them via their facebook page-you should give them your feedback they are so receptive about what people think of their products and really put a genuine effort in resolving any issues or concerns customers may have.
