I agree with everyone else, do not return this puppy to this Breeder...she will surely just scam another owner.
One of the first red flags you should have noted was the Breeder's price for a Yorkshire Terrier puppy. Next...before you rush out to find another puppy, a Yorkshire Terrier...might I suggest you take your time getting to know the puppy you already have now. Your puppy needs your undivided attention right now.

Agree. Focus on Nibbler. Research what a Yorkie is all about, learn what conceivably you'd need to pay from a quality breeder with a great reputation.
