House flipping? Yes! But dog flipping? O.M.G. I have never heard of this before, but sadly can believe it, especially with a yorkie. I'm so glad she found you because that was definitely a scam and who knows what could have happened to her. We have a Daisy in our family, too - my brother's Beagle. Love that name!!
