There is absolutely no reason why he would need to stay until 2 the next day. My girl had a spay, liver biopsy, and dental all in the same day and came home about 4 hours after waking up. |
I agree with Crystal - don't plead. You
tell them you will be picking him up before they close Friday, you don't ask. I'm also not normally a forceful person either but when it's in the best interest of one of my pups - and this definitely is in Oliver's best interest - I am not hesitant to speak up and insist on being heard. If there isn't going to be anyone there overnight then he needs to be at home where you can watch him.
