We got Nicco at 12 weeks and he had one floppy ear. We taped them the first 2 or 3 days, per the instructions on Jon-an's website. He hated it and it came off several times. I think he got sick of it because about day 4 they were both up when we woke up in the morning. It was like he said, "Alright already. I'll keep it up if you promise not to put that pesky tape on again."

I've heard the stress from changing to a new home and teething can both cause the ears to drop. He's a little young for teething. Did you just get him? If one is up and one is down, maybe he is still adjusting.
