They do work great. I've tried several different backdrops and haven't been happy with any due to how much editing I would have to do to get out wrinkles, etc.
A piece of advice if you do go with these is to get as big as will fit. I started with a smaller one as I figured I wouldn't be photographer more than a dog or a piece of clothing, but it was too small. I think the one I have now is 5' wide and even then sometimes I wish I had gotten the bigger one.
I have black and then one of the whites.
I've ordered a few things from that company and it has always arrived quickly.
