I'm so sorry you're going through this. The only advice I can give you is if this had happened to me, I would never want that woman to have this poor little puppy back. Anyone who uses dogs to scam people out of their money probably doesn't put their heart into taking care of them. I'm sorry you spent $400 on what you thought was a Yorkie but Nibbler is sooo cute just the same!! I would still research what legal actions you could take against her so that her business can be shut down and this won't happen to anyone else but I definitely would NOT give that precious pup back to her!
