If you go to Petco you can find a potty board where you put pads or news paper in. You should learn your puppys body language when he's going to go to the bathroom. So when ever you see him you can put him on his board and praise him when ever he does his business on the potty board. Or you could sometimes give him treats. Thats what I did for Romeo and now he gets the hang of it. There's little accidents here and there but he's getting the hang of it!! You can also get Training drops at Petsmart. To get your puppy to go outside is to take him out every 30 min. and wait for him to go. And if he does go outside praise her and give him a treat. He will get the hang of it sooner or later.
