My breeder told me that none of her pups grew up over 4 lbs but I just weighed Totoro at 10 weeks today and he is 3.1lbs (didn't poop yet though is that makes a difference? haha)

Welcome to YT and congratulations on your new pup.
A breeder can not guarentee size of a pup, and if Totoro weighs 3.1lbs at 10 weeks he probably will be over the 4lb mark.
There is a chart somewhere that gives you a rough idea of weight when full grown.. will see if I can find it for you. The chart is just an estimate though.
