....What does that even mean???? do they wrap the puppy in bubble wrap if it's going to house with children?

If it's dog proof, does that mean that no dog they meet will bite them???

Same with cats, no kitty claws will be able to penetrate their cat proofed skin?

Oh...and wth is a BoloNoodle is that like a cross between a balloon and a noodle?
