I haven't read your other posts, so I don't know the full story. Can I ask why you are getting the pup so young if you feel it is not best? Is the breeder forcing you? Not looking for an argument, just genuinely curious.
Def get the nautical and schedule the first vet exam asap.

I bought the pup right after she was born, was told 7 weeks is fine by the breeder as well as my mother (who got hers at 7 weeks with no problem), got the books, read the forum, found out 12 is best. Tried to negotiate a later pick-up with the breeder to no avail. I'd've gone elsewhere but I couldn't afford to lose the deposit.
