$400 my parents spent for Lacey in 1992. The going rate here is around $900 for females and $700 for males now. When we started looking for another yorkie around July or August, we knew the prices went up. But, we were still surprized on how much they went up. $900 is actually cheap to what other people are charging. Most want $1000-2000 or even more for one. The lady that we going to get a puppy from her prices started at $800. But, the puppies sadly did not make it. The other lady that we might purchase from she sells her females for $900.
