Thanks...yes, I also do the same with the marrow bones and take the marrow out and with that, they seem to get less greasy. But the chicken back makes it pretty greasy. Oh well, I will wash it out. He loves it too much not to give it to him. Thankfully none of the chicken actually gets stuck in his beard, he wats up every little drop of it.
