I don't' know, but I have spent good money on my Yorkie, I think she deserves it!! She is so adorable and she does anything to please me without being with authority. I think the person that wrote that article refers to huge dogs.

I thought it was funny. But it is so true with big dogs.
I think you can spoil you pet, and still teach him good commands, manners, and give lots of love.
Like one part of the article said:

And they must be housetrained.
Otherwise, she said, "Who cares?"
and I will add good basic commands as
sit, stay, down and come.
Once they have a Yorkie, you never go back.
