It is very strange that she came into heat at 6 months old.
But if she did then Im sure there is much longer then 2 months in between heats, I thought maybe twice a year but I have never had a dog come into heat before so Im not sure. As my pup is 8.5 months and is yet to come into heat.
I think you should take her to the vet to make sure she dosnt have any kind of infection.
