I bought my precious Girlie from them and Collier Ranch was not to blame for the papers mix up. It was the breeder they got one of their studs from. I traced mine all the way back and Kelly tried too to get the breeder from Grass Valley to respond. Our Girlie is still solid black and gold too and great health. I've been to their home and they are very classy people . Sometimes accidents happen and we didn't plan on breeding anyways . We paid $2000 but with limited papers anyways . I did my own amount of trying to chase down the original breeder and even got the lady on the phone named Donna Albanese and she said she would submit the Dna to help clear up the issue but her number was changed when I called back. I know Donna Albanese was the missing link in the whole debacle. But my Girlie is gorgeous and totally healthy. I'd buy from Collier Ranch again. Good people. Excellent dogs.
