If a person is giving away a free yorkie what questions should you ask that person? Is it ok to ask for the vet's phone number to call about the dog's medical history? Would a vet even give out that info? I just want to make sure I'm not taking on another person's sick dog. What warning signs should I look out for when I go look at the dog?
