I believe they should be allowed to work things out - to a point. That does NOT involve blood. You are going to have to step in an protect your older girl.

Keep them separated until you can figure this out.

Perhaps a trainer could make a visit to your home?

I have only a male/female combo but have heard that two females can really get nasty to one another. I'm hoping someone with experience with multiple females will chime in.

I agree with Perella, your youngest sounds like the dominant one; however YOU should be the alpha and that kind of fighting cannot be tolerated.
