I am sooo sorry about you losing your little Lucy! And I am not sure about the hernia, I know that Gidget had one also when we got her, but it went away! The breeder also informed us if we were ever to breed her that they can reoccur! I am not a breeder and don't plan on breeding her, but that is what I was told! Good luck on finding your new baby!
