Our 1 year old yorkie has been attacking our 3 year old cat constantly. She does it out of nowhere and the cat does nothing to provoke her. They used to get a long great, but in the last 3 months she started doing it and it is getting worse

Any advice or explanation why she may be doing this? I tell her "NO!" firmly and put her in her kennel for a little bit, but she still does it.
