Many people on here are on YT say that they love their babies like a member oftheir family. Well if that's the case why you put your babies life/ health at risk by breeding really small dogs and then act shocked it they don't make it.

Experts even tell you that really small( AKA teacups) have a high mortality rate, and run the risk of more health issues. It's not about the money but why would I knowing this invest money $900-2000 in someone that I know that is doing something unhealthy and dangerous for the animal.

My baby is 4 years old and 7 lbs and it easy not to see him sometimes if he doesn't make is presence known. This breed was originally 15lbs, now the AKC standard is 4-7 lbs. now people are still trying to breed them down to something the size of a guinea pig which are kept in a cages to keep them safe from harm. ( think about it) Dogs are ment to run around.

If that isn't aniaml cruelty I don't know what is.....

Excuse me YT family, respect to everyone but I needed to vent.
I appreciate your comments and do agree - but Most breeders here that love the breed really don't breed tinies....there are always new people coming here who have questions... and sometimes they are the ones breeding the little moms...

The members who have been posting here a while are usually always breeding standard sized yorkies because they have ethics & DO know better ...they also have compassion for their breeding moms.

I think it's the 'new to breeding' people we need to help educate and unfortunately by the time they sign up here with questions...sometimes it's too late and their little tiny is already pregnant....
