It sounds like she might have an allergy...which might explain the rubbing her nose...but having no appetite...makes me really concerned...I would take her to your Vet and have them check her out....just to make sure it's nothing serious. Is she drinking water? Because dehydration can cause their health to deteriorate very rapidly! Have you recently switched her food? Does she have any other problems diarrehia (ms) vomiting, etc?

I'd definitely be calling your Vet!
