Just wondering after reading the other thread about beds

If your Yorkie sleeps with you , do you worry he/she might fall off and get hurt? Our bed is up very high off of the ground so if Louie fell out he wouldn't make it. Do you use steps for them to get up or down. Lastly, do they bother you at night and keep you from sleeping?
