Hi,
My pups do the same thing. I've got two outdoor dogs, a St. Bernard and a German Shepard. So whenever I let my boys out the first thing they do is run and find the big dogs, and aggravate them. Not listening to me a bit, or going potty.
I got a small pen built in my back yard where I can just put them in. The first thing that they do is go potty, since there is nothing else to do in the pen.
I find that when they are running around ignoring me, that if I yell and sternly that they keep on running. But if I call in my really nice voice, like I'm prasing them and calling them good boys, they will run right up to me and in the door.
Since I've got two, if I praise one, the other one would die from jealousy if it didn't try to get some of the others praise

So praising one will get the other to come up to you.
