That is so sad. Some people just shouldn't have dogs. I'm not rich by any stretch of the imagination, so there are situations where an emergency vet visit really puts me out. But I do it anyway - because I have to! That's what I signed up for when I got my dogs. They can't take themselves!!

God bless you for offering to pay - it's a shame that people can't see a good thing when it's right in front of their eyes...
