I would just do as the others suggest and boil the chicken breast in plain water, and use the water from that chicken for the broth. TONS of sodium in boxed broth, and very little in a boiled breast, just make sure not to add salt. I just got a new puppy two weeks ago today, and he had a bit of diarrhea too. Thats what I did, and within a day, he was better and eating well!!!!!!
