Diarrhea & vomiting is usually serious & YES it could be Parvo. I would get her to a vet ASAP & I would not wait till morning, she needs to go to an ER. Also you said she ate plastic? If so she could have a tear in her intestine somewhere or a blockage. Did you mean like plastic wrap or some kind of hard plastic ? Praying your baby will be ok, Please update after her vet visit.
