I would feed plain boiled chicken breast and rice. The amount of sodium in the canned chicken broth would concern me, especially for a pup.

What was Kobe eating before and is his appetite good? How much does he weigh? I would have white Karo syrup or Nutrical on hand in case of a hypoglycemic episode. Keep a close eye on his gums to make sure they stay moist and pink, not sticky or pale.

You could also give Kobe a half a teaspoon of plain yogurt, no sugar or other additives. Sometimes this helps with digestion.
