Default following up...

okay so the "outside" thing continues to be challenge. i'm not sure if it's the texture of the ground or what? hubby and i took bunjee out walking and cruising tonight. we were out for 6+ hours and i gave him every opportunity to go potty and nada. at one point, we walked through the shopping area of a hotel, and i felt him dragging, i turned around and sure enough, he was relieving himself on the hallway floor of the hotel. even picking him up didn't interrupt the flow and he made a big ole puddle on the marble-esque floor. i guess he's just been holding for a really long time until we got back in doors.

i used the paper towels and disinfecting wipes in my pocket to clean the mess up and hope no hotel security saw us. and then took him to the bathroom to clean himself up as well.

but i'm wondering... will the environment temperature effect his desire to potty? is there anyway i can further convey the idea that it's okay, and in fact preferred for him to go potty outside?
