Plain Yogurt or Probiotics For those of you that use probiotics (or yogurt), which one do you think is better? Of course I realize that the yogurt has to be plain, no sugar added, especially artificial sugar, and no additives...If you use yogurt, how much do you give a day? Like a teaspoon? What about pro-biotics (liquid)...Like a 1/4 teaspoon? Thanks for any info... maggie |
