I think I posted this thread in June/July? I am not sure..anyways I have found out many neighbors have also had the same reaction from him as well, apparently he does this to many people walking dogs by his house. I have since taken his reaction at the time with a grain of salt and moved on. I am obviously not the only one.

And.... in November their house was put up for sale and in early January I saw moving trucks and he has moved.
