Poor baby, sounds like she has alot of problems right now. I will try and give you my opinion in a shorter version:
1. She might have food allergies, what are you feeding her, is there a lot of corn in the food? What do you wash your floors with? My dogs had a lot of problems until I started to only use Ivory Dishsoap on my tile floors.
2. She might have an intestinal problem (yellowish liquid) so I would take her to the vet with a stool sample. Do you take her for walks, doggy park or have you taken her to the vet lately. She easily could have picked up something with any of these places.
3. She might be staying away because she is afraid what you might do to punish her for the pooping. Not sure if she was already potty trained or not but her first owner (maybe a woman) might have been very cruel to her. Rescues never foret their past, then just move on from it.
4. You have to go so very slow with rescue's because you really don't know what happened to them but if she was raised in a pen then it is very difficult to housetrain. I have one like this and I don't know if she will every learn. I can't crate train her because she panics in the cage. For most of the day she lives in my closet and comes out for breakfast and dinner but is happy to be outside with me and the gang. Maybe she feels that she can run if something happens to her. I also have had her for a year and she has come along way but she was found in the desert just barely alive. The couple that found her wanted to keep her but she was scared out of her mind by the husband and you can never were tennis shoes in front of her. She would never come into the house and they had to pick her up each time. They tried for 5 months but then gave her to me. We know she was a breeder because they had carved a number in her ear and when I had her spade she was a mess inside.
Let me know your thoughts.
