I give my Yorkie peppermint candy (little tiny piece) to help settle her stomach. It works for us - does for her too. Are you sure it's not a sugar low? When mine throws up foam and gets real shaky it's because she hasn't eaten in too long usually.... I use honey or the nutrical.
