So the hair loss is only on the top of head? Is the skin discolored at all? Did the hair loss happen soon after that spay (wondering about hormonal)? If her hair was thin when you already got her, then I wonder about malnutrition bc of where she came from. If there is discoloration, there are a number of things it could be (ringworm could be a concern if there is discoloration).
