My feelings exactly -- It should be illegal to torture these poor pups.
That horrible pacing and frenetic bounding off the sides of the cages is a symptom of their abuse! This just breaks my heart every time I see it. I cannot imagine my poor babies ever being caged like that and not enjoying the life they were created to live. Never getting to run through the grass, chase a toy, curl in a lap, be loved..... too sad for words.... I pray for these little ones! I can't say what I really think about the owner, but I am sure others can easily read my mind.
