I used to have that problem with my dogs. I got a doggie play pen where I could put in a washable wee wee pad and that solved the problem. It looks sort of like a portable baby crib. Now we just adopted Oliver before Christmas and he uses the play pen. After a couple of nights he started sleeping through the night. The other two sleep in my bed or in my room mates room. They just didn't like the crate.
