Those poor dogs are being tortured...their pacing back and forth is a coping mechanism. This is so horrible. How can anyone do this? How can any amount of money make someone feel good about doing this.
This makes me so sad. God bless those poor pups. I pray someone comes to their rescue. Surely this is illegal.
