It is probably due to what ISN'T in the food than what is in it.
Compare ingredients.
BTW, this is remarkable and am happy to read of such improvements.
I believe we all are what we eat, including our dogs.
May I please ask, what does the NV stand for in this particular food? I am not sure that I have heard of it before.
