Have you considered wee wee pads? Maybe your baby just can't hold it all night. When mine were younger I set them up in an expen at night- blankets, toys, food and water on one side and wee wee pads on the other. This way they had access to everything they needed at night and never woke me up- when I got up in the morning to check on them I would find them playing with their toys.
